Draft · Not yet reviewed by counsel

This privacy policy is a v1 draft generated from a generic newsletter-platform template. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Get counsel to review and tailor it to HHTV’s specific operations, sub-processors, and jurisdictional obligations before publishing newsletter signups or accepting user submissions in production.

01

Who we are

HeymanHustle TV (“HHTV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates heymanhustletv.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

02

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you subscribe to The Weekly Hustle, you provide your email address. When you submit a message through the Work with Us form, you provide your name, email, the category of your inquiry, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically collect technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, referring URLs, and timestamps. We use this to understand how the Site is used and to keep it secure.

03

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Send you The Weekly Hustle and related communications you have opted in to receive.
  • Respond to inquiries you submit through the Work with Us form.
  • Analyze and improve the Site, our content, and our products.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

04

Sharing and sub-processors

We share personal information with the third-party services that help us run the Site and deliver our newsletter. These include:

  • Newsletter delivery: Beehiiv (handles The Weekly Hustle subscription list and email delivery). [TODO: confirm provider before launch.]
  • Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel (hosts the Site).
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (tracks aggregate Site usage). [TODO: confirm before launch.]

Each provider has its own privacy practices. We share with them only what they need to perform their function. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HHTV, our users, or the public.

05

Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to operate, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may break parts of the Site.

06

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:

  • Access to a copy of your personal information.
  • Correction of inaccurate information.
  • Deletion of your information.
  • Opting out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter).
  • Opting out of certain data uses, including the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 10.

07

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it.

08
